Individual Session: $140+gst for a 50 minute session (usually ICBC claim)

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or e-transfer before or after the session.

Many extended medical plans (such as: Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife Insurance, Great West Life, Manulife, Green Shield Insurance) cover Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC). Please check with your extended health plan on your claimable limits, amount covered per individual session, and if they provide direct billing. We also provide receipt at the end of the session after receiving the payment, which can be submitted to your extended health for reimbursement.

*Please note that if you find that RCC visits are not covered under your plan, you may want to contact your employer, Human Resources Department, or insurance company directly to request a small change to the plan’s coverage. This matter does not cost your employer anything and it can increase your plan’s benefits.

Cancelation Policy

Please note that we require 24 hours notice of cancelation for our sessions; full session fees are applied to no shows or late cancelations (less than 24 hours).
